We offer DEUTZ 0417 8075 hydraulic valve tappets engineered for FLM1011 and FLM2011 series diesel engines. Each tappet contains a high-pressure plunger spring and a ball-check valve that maintains zero lash across the valve train from cold start to full operating temperature. The 0417 8075 tappet body is case-hardened to HRC 55 minimum, with a leak-down rate tested between 15 and 45 seconds per SAE standard. This part directly replaces worn lifters in DEUTZ FLM1011 and FLM2011 naturally aspirated and turbocharged variants. Each unit is oil-primed and sealed in individual blister packs to prevent internal air lock before installation. No core return required.
