We supply DEUTZ 0420 8841 roller valve tappets purpose-built for BFM1013 series diesel engines. Each tappet features a needle-roller bearing with 22 individual rollers, case-hardened to HRC 60-62, assembled on a 6mm axle pin with anti-rotation dowel. The 0420 8841 roller lifter maintains a roller outer diameter of 21mm, providing true rolling contact across the entire cam lobe profile. This design eliminates scuffing and pitting common in flat tappet applications under high valve spring loads. All units are 100% tested for roller free rotation and axial play under 0.05mm. The tappet body incorporates an oil feed hole for forced roller lubrication from BFM1013 engine galleries. No pre-soaking required before installation. Available in sets of 6 or 12, or individual pieces. Vacuum-sealed anti-rust packaging. Ready for air or sea freight from our ISO-certified facility in China.
