This DEUTZ TCD2013 liner kit 0450 1351 consists of a wet-type cylinder liner with pre-installed fluorocarbon sealing rings, engineered for the DEUTZ TCD2013 series four-cylinder and six-cylinder water-cooled diesel engines meeting Stage IIIB/Tier 4 emission standards. The liner is centrifugally cast from boron-alloyed cast iron with a honed plateau finish to support low-viscosity engine oils and high ring speeds typical of common rail systems. Unlike dry liners or older 1013/2013 variants, this TCD2013 liner incorporates counter-bore cooling galleries and anti-cavitation bands to resist pitting from high-pressure combustion. Each kit includes one liner, three O-rings (two lower, one upper), and installation paste to prevent fretting during press-fit.
