I. Daily inspection points
Oil status check
Before starting, check the oil level (oil pan) and coolant level (water tank) to ensure that they are within the scale range.
Monitor the water temperature (alarm threshold 113°C) and oil pressure (normal value 0.25-0.6MPa) during operation, and shut down immediately if abnormal.
Mechanical component inspection
Belt: Check tightness and wear marks to avoid shutdown caused by breakage (recommended tension standard: thumb press 10-15mm).
Fan: Check for cracks or looseness in the blades to ensure heat dissipation efficiency.
Operation Specifications
After starting, run at low speed for 3-5 minutes to warm up, and cool down in the same steps before stopping (run at low speed for 3-5 minutes after high-speed operation)
II. Regular maintenance cycle
Run-in period (new machine/after overhaul)
Replace engine oil + filter after 50 hours, check belt tension, and clean air filter
250 hours
Adjust valve clearance (standard intake/exhaust 0.15mm), replace diesel filter, and check cylinder head bolt torque (typical value: 120-140N·m)
500 hours
Replace primary fuel filter, drain oil-water separator, and check air intake system pipeline sealing
1000 hours
Clean oil cooler, test antifreeze chemical composition, and replace if necessary (cycle ≤ 2 years)
III. Maintenance of key subsystems
Lubrication system
Use CH-4 grade special engine oil, select viscosity according to ambient temperature (15W-40 in summer, 5W-30 in winter), and do not mix engine oils of different brands.
Monitor the oil consumption rate (normal range: 0.3%-0.5% of diesel consumption).
Cooling system
Use qualified antifreeze (freezing point above -35℃), clean the water tank intercooler every 250 hours to prevent clogging of the heat sink.
Regularly check the water pump sealing (leakage warning standard: continuous dripping >2 drops/minute).
Fuel system
Diesel needs to settle for more than 24 hours, and low-sulfur fuel with a sulfur content of ≤0.035% is preferred.
Filter replacement standard: diesel fine filter every 250 hours/oil-water separator every 500 hours.
Intake system
Air filter models that cannot be washed need to be replaced regularly (blocking pressure difference threshold: ≥6kPa), and check whether the intake hose is cracked
