The DEUTZ 0428 6720 cylinder block is the original foundation for a BFLM2011F engine – a turbocharged, charge air‑cooled (CAC) 4‑cylinder diesel used in forklifts, skid steer loaders, and compact wheel loaders. Unlike standard D2011 or FLM2011 blocks, the BFLM2011F version features reinforced deck thickness around each cylinder liner and additional material in the crankcase web area to handle higher combustion pressures. This bare block (no liners, no main caps) comes as a new OEM-surplus casting with visible date code and supplier stamp – critical for buyers who need to match a specific production batch for warranty or fleet consistency. We can also supply matching main bearing caps (matched set, not interchangeable) upon request.
